Returns and Exchanges
You, our customer, are most important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, due to damage, please wrap the item securely, include the sales and packing slips, indicate the reason for return or exchange, and return it to us prepaid postage by insured parcel post or UPS™ within 14 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange only. The replacement item will be mailed to you when we receive the exchanged item and will arrive to you via standard mail within 10-12 business days. We will also exchange items for a different size as well.

Please Note: Bathing suits and underwear are considered intimate apparel and should be tried on with undergarments. We cannot accept any garments that have been worn, used, or altered in anyway. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Same Day Service
If you call in your order in the morning, we try to have it processed and on the way to you that same day via United Parcel Service Ground. For faster delivery choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air provided the items are in stock.
Stock
If an item is not in stock it may take from 7-10 business days for delivery. Your credit card is not charged until the item or items are shipped.
